Returns & Exchanges

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during special sales or clearance offers
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved:

  • The original product must be returned to us
  • The replacement item will be shipped after quality inspection and availability confirmation

If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit or an alternative option may be offered.

Return Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
